Initial Consultation

• Introduce the Caithness Construction team and trade partners
• Provide general outline of renovation scope

Pre-Construction Agreement

• Obtain trade partners quotes and schedule additional on-site visits, as needed
• Provide design sketches and refine project scope
• Review project budget
• Prepare renovation proposal

Purchase Agreement

• Provide final proposal and specifications
• Sign purchase agreement and obtain deposit

Construction

• Meet with superintendent and design team
• Complete engineered plans
• Obtain building permits and neighborhood permission
• Begin construction on your home renovation & addition
